Can I also send my equipment for repair or maintenance?

Yes, we offer servicing for cylinders and regulators, and O2 cleaning if wished. Service is provided by certified technicians. If you want to service or repair any other equipment please contact us.

Where is my order?

I did not get an order confirmation, what now?

According to some privacy settings on your e-mail platform, an email might land in the spam/junk box, please check if our e-mail in this box first. If there is still no confirmation, please contact us.

How can I complain about a product/service?

It can always happen that something doesn’t go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaint to us by emailing info@emmapolis.com.

I have a warranty issue, what now?

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty.
If you discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case two months.
